Radisson Water Garden Hotel Dhaka had been organizing food and cultural festivals from different parts of the world. Last year the hotel took the initiative to showcase Bangladeshi delicacies, culture and heritage with the help of Bangladesh Food and Cultural Festival and promised it to be a regular event. As part of our ongoing initiative Radisson Water Garden Hotel Dhaka will hold its second Bangladesh Food and Cultural Festival to celebrate Bangladesh.
The chefs of Radisson Water Garden Hotel Dhaka will present the local delicacies of the specialized cuisine of different regions of Bangladesh.
The festival will take place at the Poolside of the hotel and will be open for all from November 24 to 30. There will be food stalls representing different divisions and regions of Bangladesh along with many local delicacies.
The guests at the Bangladesh Food and Cultural Festival will be able to experience authentic Bangladeshi cuisine and sample culinary delicacies like different kinds of Bhorta (Shutkir Bhorta, Taki Macher Bhorta) Fish Items (Koi Macher Jhol, Pabda Macher Bhuna, Shorshe Elish), Korma, Polao, Biriani, Khichuri, tantalizing local desserts such as Khejur Rosher Kheer, Gajorer Halwa, Rosh Golla, Rosh Malai and try various pithas like Patishapta, Bhapapitha from the live cooking stations.
