CSB (Chrono Satellite Broadcast) [1] News is Bangladesh's first complete 24 hour News & Current Affairs Channel. Mediaguru has consulted for the complete planning and implementation for the new channel being which has been launched by a leading corporate house of Bangladesh. The channel is a part of the Focus Multimedia Company.
CSB News started broadcasting test transmissions from the 24th March, 2007 and started commercially broadcasting from the second week of April 2007.

On Thursday, September 6, 2007, the Bangladesh Telecom Regulatory Authority officially shut down transmission of the channel. On August 23, 2007 the Ministry of Information of Bangladesh had asked the Ekushey Television (ETV) and Focus Multimedia Company Limited (CSB) to refrain from telecasting any provocative news, documentaries, talk shows and discussions against the government.
